Rapid growth of their branches into a large metro market as well as two smaller markets led Collins Community Credit Union to Plaid Swan. In a very competitive industry there was a need to identify a strategy which would not only identify the desired target audiences but also the best course of action to build awareness of Collins CCU.

Plaid Swan developed marketing, advertising and public relations strategies to identify the key audiences and determine how to build awareness of their new locations. In addition, the creative team at Plaid Swan developed new TV commercials, videos, digital ads and radio commercials to engage the identified target audiences.
The Results
Consistency in the advertising messaging across media outlets helped to raise awareness of Collins Community Credit Union in its new markets. In addition, guerrilla marketing tactics, blog, press coverage and sponsorships positioned the credit union not only as an expert in their field but as a relatable business committed to their members and supporting the communities in which their branches are located.
